200g roast chicken meat - roughly choppedÂ
1 stick of celery - half moon sliced
2 TBSP grated ginger
2 TBSP crushed garlicÂ
150g fresh egg noodles
2 TBSP dark soy sauce Â
1 TBSP fish sauce
1 TBSP sesame oilÂ
1 GreenSky Veggie PodÂ
2 TBSP sesame seeds and/or 3 TBSP toasted peanuts - roughly choppedÂ
Mix the chicken with the celery, garlic and ginger, place in microwave safe dish and heat for 2-3 minutes until hot.Â
Cook noodles as per instructions and drain in colander.Â
Make dressing by combining soy sauce, fish sauce sesame oil and Greens Pod.
In a large bowl combine warm chicken mix with the hot noodles and dressing.Â
Finish with the peanuts and serve.Â
