Warm Chicken Salad

200g roast chicken meat - roughly chopped 
1 stick of celery - half moon sliced
2 TBSP grated ginger
2 TBSP crushed garlic 
150g fresh egg noodles
2 TBSP dark soy sauce  
1 TBSP fish sauce
1 TBSP sesame oil 
1 GreenSky Veggie Pod 
2 TBSP sesame seeds and/or 3 TBSP toasted peanuts - roughly chopped 
Mix the chicken with the celery, garlic and ginger, place in microwave safe dish and heat for 2-3 minutes until hot. 
Cook noodles as per instructions and drain in colander. 
Make dressing by combining soy sauce, fish sauce sesame oil and Greens Pod.
In a large bowl combine warm chicken mix with the hot noodles and dressing. 
Finish with the peanuts and serve.
