200g pork mince
2 TBSP grated ginger
2 TBSP crushed garlicÂ
2 TBSP sesame seeds
1 TBSP cornstarchÂ
1 TBSP fish sauce
1 Sky Greens G2 Greens PodÂ
1 pack dumpling skinsÂ
Sesame oilÂ
Jasper In A Jar Plum Ginger Sauce for dippingÂ
Combine mince, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, cornstarch and fish sauce in mixing bowl.Â
Add Greens Pod and mix in throughly.Â
Fill dumpling skin with a teaspoon of filling, lightly wet edges and fold to seal closed.Â
Cook in boiling water or in a steamer for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.Â
Coat with a small amount of sesame oil and serve.
