Easy Lentil Soup

1 onion - diced 
3 cloves garlic - crushed
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tin crushed tomatoes
300ml stock or water
160g red split lentils 
Salt and pepper to taste
2 GreenSky Veggie Pods
Fry off onions in a little oil until starting to brown. 
Add garlic and cumin seeds, cook until aromatic. 
Add crushed tomatoes and stock.
Gently bring to boil and add lentils.
Cook for a further 15-20 minutes or until lentils are soft. 
Season to taste and add Veggie Pods.
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt and toasted flat bread.
