Baked Chicken Rissoles

Baked Chicken Rissoles

300g chicken mince 
2 TBSP crushed garlic 
2 TBSP tomato paste 
4 TBSP almond meal
2 TBSP panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 GreenSky veggie pods
Mix all ingredient throughly. 
Divide into 6 and roll into balls.
Place on lined baking tray and bake at 160ºC for 25-30 minutes or until cooked. 
Makes 2 generous main portions.
