300g chicken minceÂ
2 TBSP crushed garlicÂ
2 TBSP tomato pasteÂ
4 TBSP almond meal
2 TBSP panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 GreenSky veggie pods
Mix all ingredient throughly.Â
Divide into 6 and roll into balls.
Place on lined baking tray and bake at 160ºC for 25-30 minutes or until cooked.Â
Makes 2 generous main portions.Â
