½ ripe avocado
1 GreenSky veggie pod (3x tbs)
300ml almond milk or milk of choice
3tbs coconut oil or MCT oil
1tbs sunflower seeds
1tbs chia seeds
Juice 1 small lime
Optional sweetener: add ½ cup of frozen pineapple
- For a creamier texture, soak nuts for 10 min. in hot water.
- Start by blending the drained pre-soaked nuts (or raw un-soaked).
- Add in the avocado, lime juice and veggie pod.
- Last, add the oil and the seeds and blend until smooth.
